SORRENTO
Sorrento is a well known tourist and seaside resort on the north coast of the Sorrento peninsula, on a steep tufa terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples. In the past it was ruled by the Syracuse, the Sanities and the Romans, it became a Byzantine possession and, in the ninth century, an independent council. In 1133, it was conquered by the Normans and later became part of the kingdom of Naples, whose fate it followed. It has a very friendly atmosphere and the old part of the town is great for shopping.
CAPRI
The Island of Capri lies to the South of the Bay of Naples and it is divided into two districts of Capri and
Anacapri. This island was home of emperors, seat of monasteries, and place of retreat and nowadays it has become one of the most famous tourist place in the world.
POSITANO
Positano lays on the southern feet of the Lattari Mounts facing the bay of Salerno, which
protects it from the North winds, Positano enjoys – thanks to its favourable position – all the advantages of a mild, dry climate.Nowadays Positano is definitively the “pearl” of the Amalficoast, well known by poets, artists and the entire world “jet set”.
